Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing via email to helpdesk@endocrinesummit.in. Once we receive your request to cancel your registration, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of Online payment i.e.; NEFT/IMPS/Net-banking or Debit/Credit card transactions) or if you paid by Cheque, we will issue refund via cheque on your Registered Name and send it to your address by Courier (Name & Address must be mentioned in the registration cancellation email from your end.

  • If cancelled before 25th August: Full base amount will be refund (Refund includes only the registration base amount and does not include GST)
  • For cancellations after 25th August: Please write via email to helpdesk@endocrinesummit.in

All refunds will be processed within 1 month of the conclusion of the Event
